This shabestan (prayer hall) has an area of 8 thousand square meters with entrances on all four sides.
1- On the east to Ayatollah Mar`ashī Najafī Street (Eram Street).
2- On the south to Shabestan Street.
3- On the west to Sāhib al-Zamān (May Allah hasten his advent) courtyard.
4- On the north to the holy shrine.
There are short pillars around the shabestan, where a half floor is built on them. There are four high pillars in the middle of this area and a low square-shaped dome is mounted over them.
On the Qiblah side of the shabestan there is a magnificent altar [mihrāb] which displays the fine taste of Iranian architecture.
